Marché unique numérique : la Commission européenne présente les premières mesures en droit d’auteur

With this in mind, they made digital law one of their ten foremost political priorities for the year 2020. The European Commission presents its first measures in Copyright Law concerning a Proposal of Regulation on the cross-border portability of online content services (geoblocking) and an Action Plan for a modern and more European copyright framework: expanding exceptions and looking for compensation.
